Incorporated the V3 Group in 2006 to service the growing demand in Second Life for professional content developers. V3 grew into servicing clientele in the entertainment, enterprises software, and other industries with a international stable of assisting freelancers for the multiple projects.

As its creative lead and aka Liam Kanno of Second Life, Silicon Island sim was developed as a professional virtual space for corporate clients to experience the 3D world. Soon after V3 became a full service developer catering to corporate clients on the key elements of the virtual world in Second Life - Consulting, Sim Design & Development, and Events. Our projects have included Movie Junkets and Sim builds for 300, Iron Man, Die Hard 4 and the Transformers movies under the Picture Production Company, as well as corporate projects such as Allstate, SAP, Steelcase and SUN.

V3 Group also produced the SL Tec Expo and was honored to have developed and supported what was considered as some of the hottest events and projects in Second Life. To ensure quality of product and service, V3 also hired talented teams of professionals depending upon each project. While V3 stays specialized in design, development and event planning, we are constantly pushed to innovate and expand to solve our client's marketing needs.

“S.L. could be also considered, to me, an immersive blog sphere, or dynamic [instant messaging tool,” typed Mr. Wright’s avatar. “And it also has the same functions of any Web site, so it, in my, view promotes community growth of some sort.” http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2007/03/31/obama-is-first-in-their-se...

"What we're doing," says Craig Cmehil, community evangelist at SAP, which rents office space from V3 Group, "is building a virtual office for our community to come together and communicate."

"We know that this is where a lot of the developers are hanging out," Jim Parkinson of SUN Microsystems says. "I probably had 20 offline conversations afterwards with developers. It was a really good event for us."

"Liam says the idea for the conference came from his own early attempts to find resources in Second Life. While he said most of the effort was "organic", he obviously has the commitment necessary to take a vision and turn it into reality. It's obvious it's been tough work." http://www.smartcompany.com.au/Blog/Wiz-Nordberg/Wiz-Nordberg-070410.html

"You have to treat everyone equally because you can't tell who anyone is. They could be the CEO of a big company," Odin Liam Wright (SL: Liam Kanno) told me this week. " In SL, he says, what you see is "more the psyche than the economic class or vocation or stature." http://www.newswireless.net/index.cfm/article/3329
