Core Responsibilities of the Creative Capitalist
The Creative Capitalist has a responsibility to develop products or services that add value to society not just to the self. What is created is a reflection of how one values themselves, their relationship to others, and responsibility to their society.

The Creative Capitalist has the responsibility to innovate, improve and redefine convention, yet must consider how it is developed and sold, as well as the effects of such products or services on society, taking into account the social, psychological, political, economic, physical, cultural, environmental, and structural changes over its life cycle.

The Creative Capitalist, with others, must design a win/win business vehicle to maximize production efficiency, while providing sustainable fair wages; and must invest in developing a quality product or service in consideration of the consumer, while ensuring a substantial return on investment. This vehicle must be within a stable legal and business framework in order for creativity to flourish, for strategic process to operate smoothly, and for capital funding to take hold and be effective.

The Creative Individual must:

  1. Be Considerate: By considering the needs of each team member, within the whole of the company, as well as the needs and wants of the consumer market.
  2. Be Open: By maintaining an awareness of current technology and its constant evolution. Being imaginary is only based on current awareness. Openness allows for more creative capacity to be more imaginary. “Keep your Eyes Open”
  3. Be Reflective: By avoiding rash decisions, and seeking to find a healthy balance for all parties. “Allow for self-check to take place”
  4. Be self-Aware: By maintaining a healthy perspective on personal strengths and limits to find balance with the group, and to communicate them. By considering the needs of the self, it provides opportunity to find an equitable situation on how one ideally fits in.
  5. Be Realistic: By avoiding speculation, being aware of all risks, taking action based on best known intel and terrain. “Reason Rules”
  6. Be Humble: By realizing every key member is a valuable asset and that hierarchy is only for daily business operations, not social oppression. “Same Journey, Different Paths”
  7. Be Driven: By tapping into one’s innate passion to succeed. Find yourself in the community. You can only hit your full potential within the community. “We are all designed to service others”
  8. Be Pro-Active: By actively taking part in the growth of the company with a win-win perspective. “Roll up the sleeves”
  9. Be Chill: By taking a deep breath. “Let go. Take time to live.”
